So, it’s time for our annual Navy dinner. Three weeks ago, we sat with Chef and decided upon the menu.  He worked as an E-9 for the Navy and his specialty was *surprise* cooking.  Even back then, he was a saver of things and kept all of his menus and recipes.  We take and afternoon to go through his old index of recipes to find items that he served ( Read more... )
